Three companies. One standard.

T40 Associates is the main way I work with businesses: brand, marketing and systems, with senior judgement across all three. LessClicks is its specialist sister brand for AI and systems implementation, for deeper automation, tools and agent work. There's no need to pick one before we talk. Alongside that, I co-founded Transpeye, a retail loss-prevention product.

I've sat in the owner's chair and the buyer's chair. That mix shapes how I work: I care about the customer, the system, and whether it still works when real people use it on a normal Tuesday morning.
